At Velocity the needs and requirements of every client are our first priority. We welcome your project ideas and successfully deliver a personalised service, whether that be a home extension, refurbishment or new garden landscaping and patio.
It is our experience that every detail of your project requires meticulous planning and design from the start - this ensures that your project meets or exceeds your expectations.
Therefore whilst we are 'Defining the Concept', you will receive an initial consultation that will involve a visit to your property to discuss your design ideas and to fully understand your requirements, discuss any planning , legal and party wall considerations, and whether your concept is possible within your budget.
Following the design and detailed drawings process, you’ll receive a fully-detailed itemised quote.

Over the last 20 years Maartens has built long term relationships with clients by making their vision a reality. Proactive and responsive, his experience makes him best placed to guide and advise you throughout the life of your projects.
Design, Quote & Build
Once you’ve accepted our quote, our team will define the final details, capturing your personal choices on materials and fittings, and advising on design solutions to give you exactly the new space you desire.
On-Site Consultations
One of the things that Velocity prides itself upon is communication with our customers. We will be with you every step of the way talking you through your build programme, including key dates and stages for approval, listening to your concerns and your choices and providing quality control.
